Arkadaşım, Angry Alien – 30 Saniyelik Tavşan Sineması yazım için yazdığı yorumda Beckett’in Breath adlı kısa ve sözsüz oyununu göndermişti. Daha sonra da bu oyunun film uyarlaması olduğunu söyledi. Araştırdım, buldum, ve sizlerle de paylaşıyorum.

CURTAIN

1. Faint light on stage littered with miscellaneous rubbish. Hold about five seconds.

2. Faint brief cry and immediately inspiration and slow increase of light together reaching maximum together in about ten seconds. Silence and hold for about five seconds.

3. Expiration and slow decrease of light together reaching minimum together (light as in 1) in about ten seconds and immediately cry as before. Silence and hold about five seconds.

    1956’da ‘Waiting for Godot’, 1958’de ‘Endgame’ , 1959’da ‘Krapp’s Last Tape”i yazdıktan sonra 1969’da da, ‘Artık yeter. Eger hala oyunlarımdan birsey anlamadıysanız, 30 sanyelik bir oyunla size sizi, herseyi ozetleyeyim de gorun’ deyip yazdığı bir oyun olsa gerek. He goes like:

    Beckett: “Aw now, I wouldn’t go that far..”
